Description
残布から生まれる「Zan;p LONG OVER」が、素材とシルエットを新たにリニューアル。
今回は、インド産オーガニックコットンの残布を使用。 10番単糸で編み立てた、しっかりと厚みのあるヘビーウェイト天竺です。
肉厚でタフな生地感を活かし、シルエットは従来のオーバーサイズから、身幅にゆとりを持たせながら着丈をすっきりと整えたBOXシルエットへ。
太めに設計した襟と袖口にはフライスを使用し、タコバインダー仕様で着崩れを防止。
一枚で着ても存在感があり、長く日常に馴染むロングスリーブTEEに仕上げました。
1.INDIAN ORGANIC COTTON
農薬や化学肥料に頼らず育てられた、インド産オーガニックコットンを使用。手摘みで収穫される綿ならではの自然な風合いを持ち、素朴でありながら力強い表情が特徴です。 ※手摘みによる収穫・生産工程の特性上、綿花の葉や茎などの夾雑物（コンタミ）が生地に見られる場合がございます。天然素材ならではの個性としてお楽しみください。
2. 10/1 HEAVY WEIGHT
10番単糸を使用した、肉厚でしっかりとしたヘビーウェイト天竺。一枚で着ても身体のラインを拾いにくく、存在感のある生地感です。着用と洗濯を重ねることで少しずつ身体に馴染み、風合いの変化も楽しんでいただけます。
3.NEW BOX SILHOUETTE
リニューアルに合わせ、シルエットも一新。ゆとりのある身幅を残しながら着丈を短めに整え、肩から裾まで自然に落ちるBOXシルエットに仕上げました。
4.残布を、次の一着へ。
生地を編むとき、服を縫製するとき。ものづくりの過程では、どうしても使い切れずに残ってしまう生地があります。品質には何の問題もないのに、通常は流通に乗らず、そのまま行き場を失ってしまう「残布」armiでは各工場の協力のもと、そんな残布を集め、その時々にある生地を活かして新しい一着へとつなげています。
5.MADE IN JAPAN
残布を使うからこそ、ものづくりは妥協しない。生地の管理から型入れ、裁断、縫製、仕上げまで、日本国内の工場とともに一着ずつ丁寧に仕立てています。

"Zan;p LONG OVER," which is made from leftover fabric, has been renewed with new materials and silhouette.
This time, we're using leftover fabric from organic cotton from India. It's a sturdy, heavyweight jersey knit made with 10-count single yarn.
Taking advantage of the thick and tough fabric, the silhouette has been changed from the conventional oversized style to a boxy silhouette with a relaxed fit in the body and a neatly trimmed length.
The collar and cuffs are designed to be wider and use ribbed fabric, and are finished with a takobinder construction to prevent them from losing their shape.
We've created a long-sleeved T-shirt that has a strong presence even when worn on its own, and that will blend seamlessly into your everyday life for a long time.

3. NEW BOX SILHOUETTE
Along with the renewal, the silhouette has also been completely redesigned. While retaining a relaxed fit in the body, the length has been shortened, resulting in a boxy silhouette that falls naturally from the shoulders to the hem.
4. Use the leftover fabric for the next garment.
When knitting fabric or sewing clothes, there is always some leftover fabric that cannot be used up during the manufacturing process. Although there is nothing wrong with the quality, this "leftover fabric" usually does not enter the distribution chain and has nowhere to go. At armi, with the cooperation of various factories, we collect such leftover fabric and use the fabrics that are available at the time to create new garments.
