New back fabric knitted to the length using a 28G high-density back machine. Uses 105D high-shrinkage cupra yarn for the front yarn.
Through fabric processing, fibril processing (rubbing small fibers within fibers to give the surface a fuzzy texture) gives it a unique sheen and slimy finish.
The skin surface uses Subin cotton twin yarns for a smooth and comfortable feel.
It features a viscous texture that has never been touched before. It has a fleshy feel between sweatshirt and jersey, suitable for year-round wear.
Sewing at one of Japan's top cut-and-sew factories, the high-density fabric is beautifully finished, often said to be difficult to sew. All ribbed areas are browsed stitching, resulting in a sagging design. The glossy fabric contrasts with relaxed details.
