We use 100% 80/1 recycled Subin cotton.
The fabric has been salted and reduced.
This material has a unique grainy texture and is one of a kind found in the world.
Afterwards, we apply product dyeing.
We apply a special soft dyeing process to better showcase the drape and sheer feel of the material.
Each piece is naturally dried one by one, preserving the texture of the material during drying.
Highly stretchable, you won't be able to stop once you put it on, and it's a new classic material that you can throw on effortlessly.
We finish with meticulous attention to detail using high-gauge materials, which are said to be thin and difficult.
Hem, sleeves, pocket cuts, yokes, cuff gathers, and other finishing are done at domestic sewing factories in Japan.
Finished with a shell and butterfly button engraved with the brand logo on the back.
It features a boxy silhouette with a firm body width.
The drape and uncut hem when worn give the shirt a unique atmosphere.

KANEMASA PHIL. has been taking care of everything from the material to the sewing and dyeing process, as the name implies. The fabric is salt-shrunk processed in its original state. The unique texture of this material makes it one-of-a-kind. After that, product dyeing is applied.
A special soft-dyeing process is applied to the fabric, and the fabric is dyed in such a way that the fall and sheer texture of the material can be seen more clearly. Each garment is dried naturally to maintain the texture of the material.
This is a new standard material that is highly stretchable and once you put it on, you can't stop wearing it, and you can wear it without hesitation.
The high gauge material, which is said to be thin and difficult to work with, is finished with meticulous detailing. The hem, sleeves, pockets, yoke, gathers at the cuffs, etc. are finished at a sewing factory in Japan. It is finished with shell butterfly buttons with the brand logo engraved on the back.
