1954年の501XXを忠実に再現した、レミレリーフが提案する新しい501モデル”RRVシリーズ”です。
ヴィンテージデニムに見られるドーナツボタンや隠しリベットを取り入れ、サイズ感、生地、縫製に至るまで細部にこだわり、現代的なアレンジを加えず、当時の雰囲気を忠実に再現しました。
生地について:
オリジナルの生地を一から製作し、1954年当時の色落ちや風合いを忠実に再現。綿糸100%のステッチを採用しており、デニムの経年変化と共に色合いが深まり、味わいが増していきます。
履き込むほどに個性豊かな表情が楽しめるのが、このデニムの最大の魅力です。
デザインについて:
クラシックなディテールを重視し、ボタンには鉄素材を使用。
時間の経過と共に錆が発生し、使い込むほどにヴィンテージらしい風合いが深まります。
ボタンフライや伝統的な縫製仕様など、当時のデザインを細部まで忠実に再現しました。

【MATERIAL】
超長綿に分類される希少な”ジンバブエコットン”を使用しています。この綿花は、アフリカ南東部、標高1500mの高地で、農薬を一切使用せずに、ひとつひとつ手摘みによって収穫された最高品質のオーガニック・コットンです。この糸は、インディゴでロープ染めにされ、美しい深みのある青色を実現しています。また、綿花から作られた細く丈夫なムラ糸は、しなやかで耐久性に優れており、着用者の動きに合わせて自然な風合いを生み出します。このデニムジャケットは、最高品質のオーガニック・コットンを使用しており、環境にも配慮した生地です。

ブランド名の「REMI RELIEF」とは「REMIX=ミキシングし直す」という工夫と「RELIEF=取り除く」という作業を意味している。

Additionally, the fine, durable uneven yarn made from cotton is supple and durable, creating a natural texture as the wearer moves.
