The straight silhouette that falls to a wide hem exudes a heritage yet modern feel. ・Material description <About the raw cotton> We use specially ordered uneven yarns for both the warp and weft, and the raw cotton is 100% organic cotton from Turkey. The raw cotton is produced through a manufacturing process that has passed the GOTS certification program, and has passed strict management standards both in the cotton fields and during the ginning process to ensure that no raw cotton other than organic cotton is mixed in. <About spinning> Even during spinning, natural unevenness is reproduced using the latest computer control. Unlike typical slub yarns, this yarn randomly expresses uneven length and volume, resulting in a natural unevenness rather than a periodic unevenness. Even during the spinning process, in order to spin thick yarns, we deliberately use raw cotton that can also be spun into fine yarns. This gives it an even more luxurious look. <About grey fabric weaving> Although the warp and weft threads are thick, the number of weft threads is adjusted just enough to ensure the denim is not too stiff, but rather supple and of exquisite quality. <About dyeing> C/# LBE and BRN are rope dyed using sulfur dyes. C/# WBK is rope dyed with sulfur black for the warp and cheese dyed with sulfur black for the weft.
