Description

Riprap semi-long brim cap (21w corduroy). A semi-long bill style created by increasing the visor length, crown height and volume by 120% on the classic 6-panel BB cap design. This season, we are releasing the first version with embroidered brim. The embroidered words are taken from the title of a collection of poems by Gary Snyder, a poet from the Sierra Nevada region of California (meaning this is an embroidered collection of poems). BROWN/ Riprap and Cold Mountain Poems BONDI BLUE/ Turtle Island BLACK/ NO NATURE And set a word for each color. The fabric is lightweight 21W cotton corduroy, and the embroidery is made with luminous thread, giving it a glow-in-the-dark effect. The back straps are made of cowhide leather, and the two front panels are lined with wool interlining, the same material used in suits, to prevent the garment from losing its shape.
