<SHOES LIKE POTTERY> sneakers are produced by MoonStar, a long-established shoe manufacturer founded in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture in 1873.
The vulcanization process, which can only be carried out in a very limited number of factories in Japan, involves baking the product in a kiln as the final step.
This method was named because it resembles the process of making pottery.
It uses soft, textured domestic leather.
Care Instructions: We recommend applying a waterproofing spray before wearing them for the first time, or as a regular habit. After wearing them, brush off any dust with a leather or shoe brush. For surface dirt and stains, use a commercially available eraser cleaner or a spray-type leather cleaner.
