A crew neck cardigan made with environmentally friendly recycled wool yarn.
The surface has been brushed with teasel seeds, a rare material even in Japan, resulting in a natural and soft texture. It features a seasonal look and a lightweight feel.

Yonetomi NEW BASIC is the in-house brand of a long-established knitwear manufacturer founded in 1952 in Yamabe Town, Yamagata Prefecture, by Ryoichi Oe, the grandfather of the current representative director, Ken Oe. Now, more than ever, as our everyday lives are changing, we believe it is necessary to re-examine mass production and mass consumption in manufacturing and pass it on to the next generation, rather than just focusing on rapidly changing fashion trends. Utilizing the development techniques accumulated over many years, we create products by considering the optimal combination of materials, knitting methods, and items. "Weaving unique individuality from ordinary things"—this is possible only because we are a factory, with thoughtful details, subtle arrangements, and the background of the manufacturing process behind them. We propose a new basic for everyday wear.
