The "MOUNTAIN PEAK DOWN JACKET" is a high-spec down jacket designed for 6,000m-class mountain environments, jointly developed by professional mountaineer Hirotake Takeuchi and NANGA. By combining knowledge based on mountaineering experience with NANGA's downwear manufacturing technology, it thoroughly pursues comfort and reliability during activities.
The outer fabric uses 13-denier nylon, which is lightweight yet offers strength, durability, and water repellency. The 2.5-layer structure is woven densely and features waterproof breathable laminate processing, maintaining comfort even in harsh environments.
Each down contains 100g of ULDX (Hungarian silver goose down, 95-5%, 900FP) with ultra-water-repellent processing. It offers a light and comfortable feel while providing reliable heat retention.
In terms of design, the sharp silhouette and three-dimensional tailoring ensure ease of movement. Pockets of various sizes are arranged on the chest and sides, efficiently storing various gear such as gloves and devices. The back uses padding arrangements designed for backpack use, and ventilation is installed at the neck and hem to balance humidity control and comfort.

Nanga was founded in 1941 by the predecessor, Akira Yokota, from the production area of Omi pure cotton futons.
The company name comes from the 8,000-meter-class peak "Nanga Barbat" in the Himalayas. Located at the foot of Mount Ibuki, in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, we are a 74-year-old domestic "down products" manufacturer.
Nanga Parbat is the ninth highest in the world at 8,126 meters and is also feared as the 'Man-Eating Mountain.' It refers to a mountain that has suffered many lost lives and is difficult to climb, and the company name embodies the founder's wish: "Because it's difficult, we will do it, and everyone will climb where they should."
