A large tote bag. Inspired by the "hakama," a traditional Japanese garment passed down through generations. Tucks are added to give it a three-dimensional look. The main body is made of Japanese nylon taffeta made from Taslan yarn. This Taslan yarn is recycled. Produced in a GRS-certified factory. It is water-repellent and finished with a fluorine-free CO water repellent, making it a skin-friendly fabric. The lining uses high-strength 66 nylon, which is also used in tech-style outdoor outerwear, but it is extremely thin. The outer fabric is also strong yet soft and supple. The way these two fabrics overlap perfectly creates a "drape" that follows gravity, as if it were an extension of clothing. The accompanying leather is made by yorozu in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Original waterproof leather. Matte finish. Sustainable manufacturing process. Supple and pleasant to the touch.
