1873年福岡県・久留米にて創業した老舗靴メーカー、ムーンスターで生産されるスニーカー＜SHOES LIKE POTTERY＞。
国内でもごく僅かの工場でしか生産することができない、ヴァルカナイズ製法は最終工程で ”窯” に入れて焼くという点です。
この製法が焼き物の行程に似ていることから名付けられました。
特殊なコーティング材を使った“PARAVUL COAT”は生地の耐久性を高めるとともに、アッパーとソールとの接着力を高める効果があり、よりタフな仕様となっています。
ケア方法
洗う際はシューレースを外します。ぬるま湯に粉末洗剤（中性洗剤）を入れ、30分ほどつけ置きしてください。アッパー生地の黒ずみには石鹸をすりつけ、泡立つようにブラシでこすります。このとき、生地を傷めないように力を加減してください。ソールのラバー部分の汚れはメラミンスポンジでこすると効果的に落とせます。次にぬるま湯で泡がなくなるまでよくすすいだ後、型崩れしないようスニーカーの中にタオルを詰めて、洗濯機で10～30秒程度脱水を。その後はなるべく早く、風通しの良い場所で天日干し、もしくは影干しすることをお勧めします。
