定番 OUTDATED CAP をオリジナルカラーで染めたコーデュロイで作りました。
以前は少し浅いシルエットにしていましたが、正面からのシルエットは変わらないようにパネル後ろ側のパターンのみ深さを出しています。
(BLACKに製品染めしています)
見た目の雰囲気を変えずに着用時の快適性を高めるために短い方のベルトのみにゴムを包んで独自の改良を加えております。
庇型は定番、着用時に軽い被り心地のソフトバイザーを使用しています。
後ろのアジャスターベルトは今までは全体にゴムを入れておりました、ゴムが効き程よい締め付けで快適な着用ができていましたがベルトに厚みとうねりが出る事で多少のゴロつきがありました。
そこでいつもお世話になっている職人からの提案もありベルト付け根部分 1-2cm のみをゴムにする事でベルトのゴロつきを解消し快適なフィット感をキープでているかと思います。

生産のほとんどを日本でおこない、国産オリジナル生地や独自のディティールを探求している。
2025年からHERE WE RESTを新たなテーマに活動。

Made from corduroy dyed with the classic OUTDATED CAP in original colors.
Previously, I kept the silhouette a bit shallow, but to keep the front silhouette unchanged, only the pattern behind the panel adds depth.
(The product is dyed in BLACK.)
To enhance comfort while maintaining the overall appearance, we have uniquely improved the elastic wrapped only on the shorter belt.
The eave type is a classic, and we use a soft visor that offers a light fit when worn.
Until now, the rear adjuster belt had elastic all over, which was comfortable with just the right amount of elasticity, but the belt had some thickness and waviness, causing some bumpiness.
In response, a craftsman who always works with me suggested that by using elastic only 1-2cm at the belt base, the belt can be relieved of looseness and maintain a comfortable fit.

What is NOROLL?
Started in 2012 with hats as the main focus, now also offering apparel.
Most of the production is done in Japan, exploring original domestic fabrics and unique details.
From 2025, activities will be held under the new theme HERE WE REST.
