WORKERS Deluxe Railroad Jacket, 12 oz, Grey Back Indigo Herringbone

This time, I used the horizontal thread (the side visible on the back) with a gray top thread. This makes the herringbone even more subdued, making it look more subdued. Since I'm going to order it as a special order, I made the thread a bit thicker and made it 12 ounces. Only after washing through do the herringbone stripes gradually become visible. In terms of "raising," this fabric is even more interesting than denim. (But it's expensive) The stitching thread is also slightly thicker than what you see in vintage clothing. To recreate the "chunky American-made coverall" I have in mind, both the fabric and thread are thicker, thicker, and more bulky than the standard seen in traditional vintage clothing. All the parts were completely remade. If the CROWN button is the crown, then WORKERS is a cat paw motif. The change button is carefully crafted by Button Works. Button Works understands how much the paw pads are raised like the crown of a CROWN... that's something only Button Works can understand. The tuck button is by YKK, with hammer tone + text arranged just outside and on the center rim. The back features a printed name incorporating paw pads. The old CROWN AD is the design source. On the chest, a woven name with cotton base + cotton red thread. Inspired by the unique fuzzy style of vintage clothing, I made it entirely cotton. The shape is a chinst + three buttons at the cuffs. I considered making the pocket layout all square with a CROWN style, but I lowered the corners on the chest and got a pen holder. With this, I have no regrets about a luxurious coverall.
