・素材説明＜原綿について＞経緯とも別注のムラ糸を引いており、原綿はトルコのオーガニックコットン100%使用。
GOTS認証プログラムに合格した製造工程で生産された原綿で、綿花畑及びジン工程ともにオーガニックコットン以外の原綿が混入しないように厳選された管理基準をクリアした原綿となっております。
＜紡績について＞紡績でもナチュラルムラを最新式のコンピュータ制御で再現しております。
一般的なスラブ糸ではなく、ランダムにムラの長さとボリュームを表現しており周期的なムラ感ではなく、自然なムラ感となります。
紡績工程でも、太番手を紡績するために、あえて細番手も紡績できる原綿を使用して紡績しております。
よって、さらに高級感のある表情感になっております。
＜生機製織について＞経緯と太番手ですが、緯糸の打込本数を程よく調整しているので硬くなりすぎない、しなやかで絶妙なクオリティなデニムに仕上がっています。
＜染色について＞ C/# LBE、BRNは、硫化染料を使用したロープ染色です。 C/# WBKは、縦糸硫化ブラックのロープ染色、横糸は、硫化ブラックのチーズ染色です。
経緯先染めの異なる染め方をすることで無地染めとは一味違う奥行感のある立体的なWブラックデニム。

・Material Description: Both the background and the process are made with custom-made uneven yarn, and the raw cotton is made from 100% organic cotton from Turkey.
This raw cotton is produced through processes that have passed the GOTS certification program, and both the cotton field and gin process have passed strict management standards to ensure that no raw cotton other than organic cotton is mixed in.
< Spinning> We reproduce natural unevenness in spinning using the latest computer control.
Instead of typical slab yarn, the length and volume of unevenness are expressed randomly, resulting in a natural unevenness rather than a periodic unevenness.
In the spinning process, to spin thick yarns, we intentionally use raw cotton that can be spun with fine yarns.
Therefore, it has an even more luxurious appearance.
Although the warp and count are thick, the number of weft threads is moderately adjusted, so the denim is supple and of exquisite quality without becoming too stiff.
Regarding < dyeing> C/# LBE and BRN are rope dyeing using sulfide dyes. C/# WBK is rope dyeing with black sulfide warp threads, and cheese dyeing is black sulfide for weft yarn.
By dyeing it differently with the warp and weft dyeing method, this W black denim offers a depth and a unique depth that sets it apart from solid dyeing.
