bagjackのプロダクトが持つ機能美とミニマルなデザイン思想を継承しながら、都市生活における使いやすさと実用性をさらに追求。
素材選定やパーツ構成、ディテールバランスを再設計することで、より洗練されたテックミニマルなプロダクトへと進化しました。
日常の都市環境にフィットする機能性と、bagjackのレガシーを感じさせるプロダクトデザインを融合させた、新たなスタンダードラインです。
・BAICYCLON by bagjackのロングセラーモデル「BCL-37」をベースに再構築したバックパック。
bagjackの機能設計を踏襲しながら、都市環境での使用を想定してディテールを見直し、より洗練されたバランスへアップデートしました。
フロントには立体的なダブルポケットを配置し、日常的に使用する小物を素早く収納可能。
マグネットバックル仕様によりスムーズな開閉と高いホールド性を両立しています。
新たにバッグ上部にはセキュリティポケットを搭載。
スマートフォンや貴重品などを安全に収納でき、都市での移動時にも高い利便性を発揮します。
メインコンパートメントにはPC収納ポケットを備え、デイリーユースから通勤・通学まで幅広く対応。サイドポケットや内部ポケットにより、荷物を効率的に整理することができます。
クラシックなバックパックのデザインをベースに、bagjackのDNAと都市機能を融合させたテクニカルデイパックです。

・表生地は撥水加工された500D CORDURA NYLONを使用しております。
軍事規格で採用されるほどの信頼性があり、丈夫で高い耐久性・耐水性があります。
・裏生地(210D NYLON)の裏面には AIR TIGHTNESS 加工を施しております。
　気密性能を上げる為にシリコン樹脂を裏面にコーティングしております。
　水が生地の中に侵入しずらいコーティングになります。

べルリンの壁が崩壊した時、東ドイツ側に生まれたPeter Brunsberg氏は国立バレー団に入団すべく、日々厳しい訓練に明け暮れる16歳の少年でした。
壁の崩壊と同時に社会主義の中での人生設計を全て白紙にされた彼は、これから何をしたら良いかを考える中で、 20歳のときにテレビで見たアメリカの自転車のメッセンジャーに魅力を感じて友人と2名でドイツ初のメッセンジャーサービスを始めました。
当時はアメリカから入ってくるメッセンジャーバッグを使用していましたが、見よう見まねで自分たちのオリジナルのバッグを作りはじめると、既存のバッグの問題点を改良したそれらが、プロのメッセンジャーの間で評判となり、今から22年前にBagjackが設立されました。現在もプロのメッセンジャー向けのカスタムバッグを作り続けていますが、色々な素材やデザインに挑戦する柔軟性が評価され、ファッションバッグとしても世界のセレクトショップで扱われています。
いかなるデザイン・素材であっても、プロのメッセンジャーが仕事の道具として使用できるスタンダードは決して譲らない姿勢が、根強い人気の理由と言えます。
自身のバッグブランドのみならず、 Stone Island のバッグのデザイン・生産指導、ハリウッドの映画業界に向けたバッグや小物の開発、ドイツ政府・軍の SP 向け及び特殊部隊向けの装備の開発、ドイツの複数の上場企業をクライアントとしたバッグの設計も手掛けていて、インダストリアルなデザイン工房としての側面が際立っています。
日本を含めアジアのいくつかの国でも確実に評価される Bagjack の商品ですが、現在でもドイツの首都ベルリン市内で生産されており、高価になってしまうこともありますが、そもそもマーケットの需要にこたえられるだけの生産能力に欠けている点は否定できませんでした。そこで、バッグ類の生産に関して信頼できるパートナーと共同作業としてのブランドを立ち上げることになりました。
この BAICYCLON by Bagjack はベースの生地の規格からドイツ側と協議して、 Bagjack の機能性と DNA は保持しながらも、リーズナブに組み上げたカプセルコレクションです。

The "CORE LINE," which launched in 2023 as the basic line of BAICYCLON by bagjack, has been renewed. Starting in 2026, it will be launched as the new "NEXT CORE LINE."
While inheriting the functional beauty and minimalist design philosophy of bagjack's products, this line further pursues ease of use and practicality in urban life.
By redesigning the material selection, parts configuration, and detail balance, we have evolved it into a more refined, tech-minimalist product.
This is a new standard line that combines functionality that fits into everyday urban environments with product design that evokes the legacy of bagjack.
This backpack is a redesign based on BAICYCLON by bagjack's long-selling model, "BCL-37".
While retaining bagjack's functional design, we've revised the details with urban environments in mind, updating it to a more refined balance.
The front features a three-dimensional double pocket, allowing for quick storage of everyday essentials.
The magnetic buckle design provides both smooth opening and closing and a secure hold.
A new security pocket has been added to the top of the bag.
It can safely store smartphones, valuables, and other items, offering high convenience when traveling in urban areas.
The main compartment features a dedicated laptop compartment, making it suitable for a wide range of uses, from daily commutes to school and work. Side pockets and internal pockets allow for efficient organization of your belongings.
This technical daypack combines classic backpack designs with bagjack's DNA and urban functionality.

The outer fabric is made of water-repellent 500D CORDURA NYLON.
It is so reliable that it is used in military specifications, and it is strong, durable, and water-resistant.
The lining fabric (210D NYLON) has been treated with AIR TIGHTNESS processing on the reverse side.
To improve airtightness, the back surface is coated with silicone resin.
This coating makes it difficult for water to penetrate the fabric.

When the Berlin Wall fell, Peter Brunsberg, born on the East German side, was a 16-year-old boy who spent his days undergoing rigorous training in order to join the National Ballet.
With the fall of the Berlin Wall, his entire life plan under socialism was wiped clean. While contemplating what to do next, he was inspired by an American bicycle messenger he had seen on television when he was 20 years old, and together with a friend, he started Germany's first messenger service.
At the time, they were using messenger bags imported from America, but they started making their own original bags by trial and error. These bags, which improved upon the shortcomings of existing bags, became popular among professional messengers, and Bagjack was founded 22 years ago. Currently, they continue to make custom bags for professional messengers, but their flexibility in experimenting with various materials and designs has been recognized, and their bags are also sold in select shops around the world as fashion bags.
Regardless of the design or materials, their unwavering commitment to maintaining a standard that professional messengers can use as their work tools is a key reason for their enduring popularity.
Beyond his own bag brand, he also designs and oversees the production of bags for Stone Island, develops bags and accessories for the Hollywood film industry, develops equipment for the German government and military's security and special forces, and designs bags for several listed German companies, highlighting his distinctive role as an industrial design workshop.
Bagjack products are certainly well-regarded in several Asian countries, including Japan. However, they are still produced in Berlin, the capital of Germany, which can make them expensive. Moreover, it was undeniable that they lacked the production capacity to meet market demand. Therefore, we decided to launch a new brand in collaboration with a reliable partner for bag production.
This BAICYCLON by Bagjack capsule collection was created in consultation with the German side, starting with the specifications of the base fabric, to maintain Bagjack's functionality and DNA while being put together in a reasonable way.
