We have expressed patterns and colors that could only be achieved in traditional textiles. We knitted a super-high-gauge 46G twill knit. Furthermore, using a two-bath dyeing process (dyeing different materials consecutively in two separate dye baths) with recycled polyester and recycled spinnets achieves an iridescent effect. This technique expresses patterns and colors previously achievable only in woven fabrics. The front and back, with their calculated color scheme combined with the high gauge, create a new textile that reveals different expressions depending on the viewing angle. Dot buttons around the waist make them easy to put on and take off, and the button position allows for waist adjustment. I suggested it back in the brand's early days, and I thought it was a material favored by experts, so I let it sit for several seasons. I thought it might be in the mood now, so it's been a while since my last appearance.
The classic Charcoal*Black color is easy to match, and the solaro is the authentic Khaki Beige*O Range.
There are a lot of steps involved. After dyeing, we added a resin process that gives a crisp feel, and then added another step that wasn't done with older materials.
Since twill tends to catch and pills over time, we added a bristling process to make the fabric look even more solid and beautiful.
As a result, the texture is softened, giving the piece a completely different atmosphere.
I modified various details from the Gurkha pants. The biggest concern with the Gurkha pants was, It might be difficult to put on and take off. True to Kanemasa's style, the attachment and removal are finished with dot buttons for a light and comfortable fit.
By swapping the position of the dot buttons, the waist can be adjusted freely, making it a belt that can be worn without a belt.
The double finish at the hem is not just a traditional design; the wide hem is designed to create a cohesive and silhouette, making it easier to wear.
