Description

Riprapのフレンチフロントレギュラーカラーシャツ(コットンポプリンストライプ)。
極力控えめなディテールでの構成を意識した、フレンチフロント仕様のレギュラーカラーシャツ。
リラックスした身巾とアームホール。インカーブとアウトカーブを組み合わせた綺麗なシェイプの衿型が特徴。
使用したのは120/2コットンストライプ。しなやかなタッチが魅力です。
カラーはブランド得意の妙味のあるベージュ/マルーン(ボルドー)配色。
縫製は国内屈指の技術を誇るドレスシャツ工場に依頼。80番手の糸を使用し3cm間27針という超極細ステッチ。パッと見は細い線が走っているような繊細に感じるけど、作りは丈夫。
アームホールと脇は折り伏せ縫いと呼ばれる生地端が見えない縫製。袖口剣ボロ付けはカンガルー始末。一見すると何処にでも売っていそうな普通のシャツながら、細部をじっくり見るとそれぞれ職人技が光る仕様になっています。
簡素なデザインにリラックスシルエット。これぞリップラップが今提案できる"The Shirt"なのでは？

Riprap's French front regular collar shirt (cotton poplin stripe).
A regular collar shirt with a French front design, designed with as understated details as possible.
Relaxed body width and armholes. Features a beautifully shaped neckline combining in-curve and out-curve.
I used 120/2 cotton stripes. Its supple touch is a big plus.
The color scheme is the brand's signature signature beige/maroon (Bordeaux) scheme.
The sewing is commissioned from a dress shirt factory renowned for its top-tier techniques in Japan. They use 80-count yarn with ultra-fine stitching of 27 stitches every 3cm. At first glance, it looks delicate as if thin lines are running through, but the craftsmanship is sturdy.
The armholes and sides are sewn with a technique called fold-down stitching, where the edges of the fabric are not visible. The sleeve sword is worn out and finished as a kangaroo. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary shirt you could buy anywhere, but if you look closely at the details, each one showcases the craftsmanship.
A simple design with a relaxed silhouette. Isn't this the "The Shirt" that Lip Wrap can now propose?
