WORKERS Lot 802 Slim Tapered Jeans 13.75 oz American Cotton 100%, Raw Denim

Lot 802 has a slightly narrow hem and tapered silhouette that looks modern, clean. Both vertical and horizontal denim use American Appland cotton. Simply put, "When it comes to basic jeans, denim woven from yarn made only from American cotton!" I started making them, but couldn't find a standard 100% rice-cotton yarn! So I guess I'd just make it from scratch! (You can make an incredible amount, though) Appland cotton is extremely basic cotton. We import it to Japan and scan the unevenness typical of vintage jeans to determine the yarn shape. This is also controlled so that the unevenness is not too strong. The finished yarn is dyed with rope. Pure indigo dyeing without primer or post-dyeing. This time, the color features relatively little redness and a strong bluish tint. Furthermore, the weaving is done on a power loom with a fixed edge. By weaving with low tension, it achieves a fluffy texture and preserves the natural character of the yarns and cotton. The finished fabric is Kibata denim, which does not undergo shrink-resistant processing or drying to remove the fibers. It is characterized by shrinkage and twisting when washed. However, before shipping, it is shrunk as much as possible in a one-wash dryer before shipping. There are two patterns: Straight Lot 801 and Slim Tapered Lot 802. The hem width is about 10 cm from the hem, so even if the hem is raised up to about 30 inches long, the hem width does not change. All sewing is cotton thread. The side and side sides are combined with the so-called "komachi," yoke, and obi threads are thick. The cotton yarn is designed to enhance strength, but as a result, it produces the uneven marks of the selvedge and the strong packing of the yoke. This time, I made the fabric from scratch to make the jeans, and what I kept in mind was 'basic.' To create a classic feel, cotton can be mixed with materials other than rice cotton, such as Peru or India. Even with indigo dyeing, there is a method of creating a flavor different from pure indigo through a base dye, but instead of doing those, I focused on rice-cotton and pure indigo. As a result, the resulting color is strong, with a strong blue tone, just as I imagined.
