Description

今回MOUTでは全面にキルトを施したインサレーションを使用し、アウターにもミッドレイヤーにもなりうるアウターをデザインしました。
米軍が規定する寒冷地に使用する被服 ECWCS その最上級LEVEL7に、これまでプリマロフトと呼ばれる素材が防寒素材として中綿に使われてきましたが、現在はHARVEST CONSUMER INSULATION, LLCのCLIMASHIELD® に変更になっています。　
この中綿の大きな特徴はアクアバンと呼ばれる水を一切吸わないという機能でそれが濡れれても内部に水を通しにくくし外気から身を守ります。
この革新的な次世代インサレーションを使用し、サーフェィスには supplex®︎nylon RIP STOP※１を採用。
INVISTA社の軽量で高い通気性と速乾性に長けた高機能ナイロンで、撥水性に加え、高い繊維強度、防風性があるこの素材とCLIMASHIELD®をキルティングし、採用しています。
フロントにはダブルジップ仕様のファスナーを使用し、スタンドカラーのネック部分にはベルクロを配し、脱着式のフードとフェイスガードが付いており、これらは取り外した後、衣服内側の腰部分に設けた収納ポケットに納める事ができます。
この収納ポケットはジャケット全体を収納できるパッカブル仕様になっており、ビバーク時にはピローやクッションとしても活用できます。
肌にあたる面にはマイクロフリースを採用しています。スタンドカラー内側やポケットの内側にはマイクロフリースを採用し、心地よい肌触りや暖かさを確保しています。

For this MOUT, we used insulation with quilted finishes all over, designing outerwear that can be worn as both outerwear and mid-layer.
The top-level LEVEL 7 of ECWCS, clothing designated by the U.S. military for cold regions, has traditionally been filled with a material called primaloft, which has been used as insulation material. Currently, it has been changed to CLIMASHIELD® by HARVEST CONSUMER INSULATION, LLC.
A major feature of this filling is a function called Aquabang, which does not absorb any water at all, preventing water from passing inside even if it gets wet and protecting you from outside air.
Using this innovative next-generation insulation, the surface features a supplex®(nylon RIP STOP*1).
INVISTA's lightweight, highly breathable, and quick-drying high-performance nylon, in addition to water repellency, offers excellent fiber strength, This windproof material is quilted with CLIMASHIELD®.
The front features a double-zip zipper, and the stand collar neck features Velcro, It comes with a detachable hood and face guard, which can be removed and stored in a storage pocket at the waist inside the garment.
This storage pocket is packable to hold the entire jacket, and can be used as a pillow or cushion during bivouacing.
Microfleece is used on the skin-touching surface. Microfleece is used inside the stand collar and inside the pockets to ensure a comfortable feel and warmth.
