This seems easy but is surprisingly difficult. Size M has a chest width of 60 cm. Quite loose-fitting. But the shoulders aren't dropped that much. The shoulder area looks neat, but the body is moderately loose. For the back, the sample had a center pleat, but for mass production, we will change it to side pleats. After all, side pleats suit this style better. There are still some things you don't know until you try them. Material: 5.5 oz linen. In the past, we tried making samples with slightly thinner linen, but it clung to the body more and felt hot. It's precisely because of the thickness of the 5.5 oz yarn and fabric that the fluttering texture of linen is best felt. The fabric stays away from the body, keeping you cool. Especially since it has strong anti-shrinkage processing, there is almost no shrinkage with normal washing + shade drying. The buttons are intentionally made of impact-resistant resin. They are less likely to break when washed, but have a luster like shell. In the summer, you can wash and dry them normally without putting them in a net. Emphasis on easy care. Products are delivered NW, unwashed. Avoid tumble drying; please wash and sun dry normally. For the back pleats, mass production will change from a center pleat to side pleats. The dimensions are the same as the sample. We simply thought that side pleats would better suit the atmosphere of an Open Collar.
