intch. "T-Box GA" MVS yarn Heavy Weight 3-pack T-Shirts

T-box GA is a set of three heavyweight cotton t-shirts.
The brand's classic "Norm" T-shirt pattern has been modified, and a heavyweight T-shirt made with MVS yarn has been released as a box set of three T-shirts in white, black, and gray.
This T-shirt boasts a basic design stripped of unnecessary details, a silhouette created from a pattern adjusted down to the millimeter, a smooth and comfortable feel against the skin, and is a high-quality garment achieved through carefully selected materials and domestic, high-level sewing.
It uses MVS yarn spun using a special technology called "VORTEX spinning," which utilizes air vortices.
By tightly weaving the fabric to the absolute limit, we have created a distinctive material with just the right amount of firmness and a smooth, beautiful surface.
"VORTEX spun MVS yarn" has a uniform twist structure that radiates outwards from the center, resulting in less fuzz and a cleaner surface compared to ordinary cotton yarn. It is less prone to pilling, and it is also highly durable in washing and has high water absorption, combining a luxurious appearance with practicality.
By eliminating all details such as chest pockets and slits, the design is simple, allowing the quality of the material to be highlighted to the fullest.
To achieve this, the silhouette was carefully calculated to create just the right amount of drape, and through meticulous adjustments, it was incorporated into the pattern, resulting in a sophisticated feel that is basic yet avoids being generic.
Both the M and L sizes offer a relaxed fit in the body while maintaining a neat length. The slightly longer sleeves create a well-balanced silhouette, as shown in the photos.
Furthermore, compared to the standard "Norm" model, the width of the body and shoulders have been slightly reduced, resulting in a versatile size that expands the range of styling options regardless of how you wear it.
The hems and cuffs are finished using a double-needle reverse stitching method.
While this sewing method is common in cut-and-sew garments, it offers greater strength compared to single stitching. Furthermore, by sewing more slowly than usual to avoid putting unnecessary tension on the fabric, it creates a unique look that takes advantage of the material's natural fullness.
The garments are sewn in a factory in Tottori Prefecture that specializes in cut-and-sew garments and has earned the trust of many renowned domestic brands.
