This is the 46G Artisan L/S Shirt from KANEMASA PHIL. “Artisan” As the name suggests, this item has been made with the utmost care in every aspect, from the materials to the sewing and dyeing process. The jersey is made using our own super high gauge 46G. This fabric is made from 100% 80/1 recycled Suvin cotton. It is then salt-shrunk. This unique texture makes it a one-of-a-kind material. It is then garment-dyed. A special softening dyeing process is used to dye the material to make its drape and sheerness more apparent. Each piece is individually air-dried to maintain the texture of the material. The raw edges of the hems, sleeves, and pockets, as well as the gathered yoke and cuffs, are all made in a sewing factory in Japan. It features a boxy silhouette with a wide body. The drape when worn creates a unique look. By using as little interlining as possible, the silhouette is created using only the texture of the fabric. Brand Concept KANEMASA PHIL. is an original brand of a circular knitwear manufacturer based in Wakayama City, Kayama Prefecture, established by Kanemasa Mokko Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1964.
