Sillage / loop wheel hoodie

We teamed up with mocT, a brand that has been challenging & developing difficult to manufacture fabrics, such as dyed cotton or blending different materials. For this project, we elaborated with mocT a unique French Terry, slightly thicker than the previous version.
This Hoodie is inspired by our previous design, but we updated the shape and details to create a more unique piece. We changed the pattern and made the back larger than the front body so the volume is much more interesting, also due to this change sleeve hems are asymmetrical. Shoulders remain wide and loose, following Sillage aesthetic.

"mocT" is a brand launched by Shin-Naigai Cotton Co., Ltd., which has challenged and developed textiles that are considered difficult to work with, such as dyed cotton and blends of different materials.
This collaborative project between moc T and Sillage results in a truly unique sweatshirt, crafted from French terry fabric meticulously knitted on a loopwheel knitting machine, resulting in an even higher quality material.
The style is an updated version of Sillage's classic hoodie, with a larger back panel and stepped sleeves and hem for a more relaxed fit.
It continues to feature a wide body and relaxed shoulder width, with a dropped shoulder design for a comfortable, laid-back fit.


Sillage is a Japanese fashion brand launched in 2018 by Nicolas Yuthanan Chalmeau.
Launched as a platform to express the sensibilities of Yutanan, who have garnered attention on social media. Although the clothing is oversized, Yutanan'sコーディネート (outfits) are somehow very modern, fashionable, and uniquely styled.
Sillage is a French word meaning "the feeling that a scent evokes past memories." Just as a fragrance can awaken past memories, it leaves a strong impression on people's minds.
Through the brand's unique designs and distinctive oversized silhouettes, those who wear the garments will strongly experience the brand's worldview and become deeply etched in their memories.
