WORKERS Lounge Jacket, 8oz GR Back Denim

After two years, WORKERS' classic rough & tough jacket is the Lounge Jacket. Denim is set with Officer Trousers, 8 ounces. No sleeve lining. A jacket that can be worn loosely, washed and packed, and worn casually like a coverall. Not too thick or heavy, so it's easy to wear from early autumn. The solid feel of 10 ounces is nice, but it's quite difficult to soak in. So, this season, I chose 8 ounces. For denim, I use a weft that is lightly dyed gray. Unlike the usual cotton color, the weft yarn is more subdued overall. This slightly more subdued tone would probably suit the jacket and trousers for the set-up. But naturally, the higher the cost because the yarn is dyed. That's why it's a bit more expensive than chino. The Wool Cotton Tweed is a herringbone tweed specially ordered by WORKERS this season. Wool in the vertical and cotton in the width. About 9 ounces. Since tweed fabrics that make you think "this is it!" are not available in the fabric lineup, I made a special order. If I was going to do it, I simply wanted cotton for the weft yarn to give it a slightly sturdier feel rather than 100% wool. However, it turned out to be lighter than I expected. But this is easy to wear in its own way, which is great. Of course, I also wondered if the cost could be lower than 100 wool. That was the idea. Lately, everything has become way too expensive. Since clothing made in Japan is becoming more difficult for customers to buy, I wondered if I could find ways to keep costs down while creating a different vibe from the classic 100 wool. That was my attempt. This fabric has slippery polyester twill on the sleeve lining. WORKERS makes fully lined jackets for fall and winter, like the Maple Leaf Jacket, but the Lounge Jacket has a slightly looser fit and wider sleeves. We aim to be a jacket that can be worn "comfortably" as a substitute for a coverall. Personally, I often do heavy work on days when I work at the office, so I often wear the Lounge Jacket. The cotton fabric chino and denim have been overwritten. The wool-cotton tweed is delivered with no washing and no washing. 8 ounces 100% cotton denim
