KANEMASA PHIL.is an original brand of circular knitwear manufacturer based in Wakayama City, Utayama Prefecture, founded by Kane Masa Major & Large Co., Ltd. founded in 1964.

To preserve the unique knitting machines specialized for high-gauge fabrics, jacquard machines that can freely express various patterns, the unique techniques and craftsmanship that allow free manipulation of these knitting machines, and craftsmanship into the future, the in-house brand KANEMASA was born starting from the 2021 SS season. * Starting from the 23AW season, the brand name will be changed to "KANEMSA PHIL." with overseas announcements. We will change to this system.

The brand's iconic logo was designed by Clement Johant, blending the 1960s era at the founding's founding with European culture.

With the concept of "FUTURE CLASSIC / FUTURE VINTAGE," we create clothing for the future that thinks "now."

We think about the future and provide wardrobes that make the wearer feel comfortable, fun, and happy.

Kanemasa’s private label KANEMASA . was born in the 2021 SS season in order to preserve the unique skills and craftsmanship to manipulate the company’s own high gauge knitting machines or Jacquard machines capable of creating freely expressed various patterns.
