Sneakers produced by Moonstar, a long-established shoe manufacturer founded in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture in 1873.

The biggest feature of this method, which only a handful of factories in Japan can produce, is that the final process involves placing the cans into a "kiln" (where the sulfur mixed into the rubber undergoes a chemical reaction).
Shoes produced with this method have the advantages of having supple and soft soles, being durable and resistant to breakage, and maintaining a beautiful silhouette.

The name comes from the similarity of this production process to ceramics.
