Description
From the materials to the sewing and dyeing process, this shirt truly lives up to its name as an "artisan" shirt, with meticulous attention to every detail.
KANEMASA PHIL. creates its own unique 46G super high gauge cotton jersey.
Made with 100% recycled 80/1 Suvin cotton.
After that, it underwent a salt shrinkage process.
This material, with its unique textured surface, is one of a kind and unlike anything else.
After that, the garment dyeing process was performed.
The fabric has been dyed using a special softening dyeing process to enhance its drape and sheer quality.
Each item is air-dried individually to preserve the texture of the material.
Highly stretchy and incredibly comfortable—you won't want to take it off once you put it on—this new staple material is perfect for layering.
This garment is crafted from a thin, high-gauge fabric, which is considered difficult to work with, and finished with meticulous attention to detail.
The raw edges on the hem, sleeves, and pockets, as well as the gathered yoke and cuffs, are all manufactured in sewing factories within Japan.
The details are taken from dress shirts, and it's finished with mother-of-pearl buttons.
The brand logo is engraved on the back of the buttons. It features a boxy silhouette with ample width. The drape when worn gives the shirt a unique feel. Furthermore, by using raw edges and minimizing the use of interlining, the silhouette is constructed solely from the texture of the fabric.
*Salt shrinkage process - A process that involves impregnating the fabric with chemicals to cause shrinkage and create an uneven surface.
*Please note that contamination may occur due to the use of organic cotton, as this is characteristic of the fabric.
*Due to the manufacturing process, minor fraying and damage may occur. These may spread with wear and washing. Please handle with care.
English Description As the name suggests, everything from the materials to the sewing and dyeing process is taken care of in this “artisan” shirt. KANEMASA PHIL.'s original 46G super high gauge jersey is made of 100% 80/1 recycled sustain cotton. Afterwards, it is salt-shrunk processed. This material has a unique crinkled texture and is one-of-a-kind. After that, garment dyeing is applied. A special soft-dyeing process is applied to the garment to give it a more sheer and fade appearance. Each garment is dried naturally to maintain the texture of the material. This is a new standard material that is highly stretchable and once you put it on, you can't stop wearing it, and you can wear it without hesitation. The high gauge material, which is said to be thin and difficult to work with, is finished with meticulous detailing. The hem, sleeves, pockets, yoke, gathers at the cuffs, etc. are made at a sewing factory in Japan. The details are adopted from dress shirts. It is finished with shell butterfly buttons. The brand is stamped on the back of the buttons. This shirt features a box silhouette with a firm body width. The drape of the shirt when worn gives it a unique atmosphere. The silhouette is constructed with only the texture of the fabric by leaving the size cut off and not specifying interlining as much as possible. The past salt shrinking - a process in which a chemical is applied to the fabric to make it shrink and give the surface an uneven appearance. Contamination may occur due to the use of organic cotton, but please understand that this is peculiar to the fabric. Please note that minor fraying and damage may occur due to the specifications of the production process. It may spread out as it is worn or washed. Please handle with care.
A comment from the brand has been released. This is my favorite item. I wear it seven days a week from the end of May to August. That's how much I love the vibe. It's not hot even when worn in the summer. I love the smooth feel and the wrinkled texture. The collar becomes more relaxed after washing. It's perfect. This rustic vibe has become more popular with each passing season, and is now the number one most popular item. It's an unshakeable favorite. This season, the colors are also put together with nuances. Charcoal and purple are popular. As mentioned earlier, I want to wear charcoal in the summer. It also looks good paired with khaki beige or white pants. Actually, it looks good in all of them. It's an item that I love more and more the more we release it. The price will be increasing from next season.
