J.PRESS has long operated under the name Shaggy Dog.
J.PRESS named it the Shaggy Dog Sweater because its fluffy brushed fur evokes the Muku dog.
Since then, it has become a widely used nickname.
Since last season, we have wanted to evolve this Shaggy Dog and started production at MADE IN JAPAN.
The team partnered with Yonetomi Textile, a leading Japanese knitwear manufacturer founded in 1952.
We also offer our own brands, YONETOMI NEW BASIC and COOHEM.
Thanks to YONETOMI's fashion sensibility and commitment to craftsmanship backed by advanced technology, A one-of-a-kind new Shaggy Dog sweater has been born.
We use British wool and hand knit the fleeing using the traditional chisel nut method.
