These are cut-off denim pants made from 12oz denim fabric.
The silhouette features a clean, straight line from the hips to the knees, and then tapers gently from the knees to the hem.
By leaving the hem raw and then washing it, we added natural fraying and a rough texture, resulting in a simple yet relaxed look.
The belt has a drawstring on the back, so it can also be used as easy pants.
The hem is cut off, so it will fray with wear and washing. Please enjoy this as part of its unique texture.

CONCEPT
"Western clothing" arrived in Japan along with the trend of modernization.
To Japanese people who wore traditional Japanese clothing, it might have seemed eccentric at the time.
Diplomacy, ceremonies, balls...
"Clothing" has come to be worn in a variety of situations.
While reflecting on various thoughts about the changes of that era,
SAYATOMO reflects on the clothing culture of that time, when Western clothing was first introduced to Japan.
We will be proposing pants with a design that embodies a "Japanese spirit, Western techniques" philosophy, based on formal wear that was favored and worn by many, creating a sense of nostalgia while also feeling fresh and new.
What motivated them to start wearing Western clothing instead of traditional Japanese clothing?
We believe they must have enjoyed "clothes."
