C/H Coverall from A VONTADE has arrived.
This coverall is made from original cotton hemp duck fabric.
By using uneven open-end yarn for the warp and cotton-hemp yarn for the weft, we've created a material that has a rugged look reminiscent of vintage duck canvas, yet is surprisingly lightweight and breathable.
In addition to the dry, crisp texture characteristic of hemp blends, the fabric is treated to eliminate pilling during the finishing process to recreate the look of the original garment.
This is a four-pocket coverall with a relaxed A-line silhouette.
While attaching the sleeves is usually the final step, this garment creates a beautiful shoulder line by first attaching the bodice and sleeves, and then finishing the shoulder and sleeve ends together with a rolled seam.
This design incorporates details that the coverall-loving designer adores, such as the slightly lower-set chest pockets and lacquered tack buttons.
