Description
Developed a completely original denim knit using indigo yarn using a 32G jacquard loite.
This is an original denim that completely fades, not a denim imitation you've made before.
This denim material will become the future standard that cannot be realized elsewhere.
High-gauge × indigo has achieved what was previously impossible in production.
Processed to reveal three colors. By washing everything once, we reduce shrinkage after washing.
Just like traditional denim, the more you wear it, the more the color fades—a unique piece you can't find.
Denim pants with a moderately sized silhouette designed to flare out roundly when worn.
Instead of using the usual five-pocket denim style, we created it in the style of slacks, just like Kanemasa.
The more you wear them, the more you age, each pair becomes a denim pants with a new concept.
* Please be careful, as friction (especially when wet) or when wet from sweat or rain may transfer color to other clothing or underwear (especially white items).
*Color transfer may occur due to rubbing against light-colored car seats, sofas, or seats and backrests.
※ Do not wash together with other items when washing.
* Please avoid using bleach or detergents containing bleach.
*Please avoid tumble drying as shrinkage may occur.
* After washing, spin-dry to reshape and hang immediately.
* Please avoid ironing decorative areas.
*As this may cause discoloration or sunburn, please store in a dry place with great care to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or other light.

English Description Developed a completely original denim knit using indigo yarn on a 32G Jacquard machine. This is not just imitation denim like we've made before, but a true original denim that fades perfectly. It's a denim material that will become the future standard, impossible to achieve elsewhere. High gauge × indigo has made the previously impossible in production a reality. Available in three colors through processing. All undergo a pre-wash to reduce shrinkage after laundering. This is a one-of-a-kind piece that fades the more you wear it, just like traditional denim. Designed with a comfortable silhouette that flares out gently when worn. We deliberately avoided traditional denim features like five pockets, creating a slacks-style cut characteristic of Kanemasa. This pair evolves with age the more you wear it, representing a new concept in denim pants. ※・Please note that friction (especially when wet), sweat, or rain may cause color transfer to other garments or underwear (especially white items). ※Color transfer may occur when rubbing against light-colored car seats, sofas, or other upholstery. ※Do not wash with other items. ※Avoid using bleach or detergents containing bleach. ※ Tumble drying may cause shrinkage; please avoid it. ※ After washing, spin-dry, reshape, and hang immediately. ※ Avoid ironing decorative parts. ※ To prevent discoloration or fading, store in a dry place away from direct sunlight or other light sources for extended periods.
Denim cut-and-sew tops are often tacky.
They actually have PU and a lot of stretch denim.
It's a completely different approach from that kind of approach. First, we make a high-gauge knit with genuine indigo.
This part is really bad. The machine breaks down. Still, I did it. The craftsmen scolded me a lot.
Also, it's really difficult. Because the yarn is uneven and thick, scratches inevitably increase.
Also, indigo gets so colored that it gets dirty when you touch it.
Knitting means = the machine gets dirty all the time. Since the cotton husks still float around, it causes such significant damage to the site that the rest of the fabric can't be knitted.
So, this is one reason why factories are concentrated in Okayama... but we made it with that crazy fabric.
You can only do sewing from a place you're used to.
Since it gets dirty simply, we separate the colors by processing afterward.
This is also because I'm not used to denim.
It gets dirty... Using such a dirty, dirty material, we created pants.
The so-called 5-pocket design is crafted with details that give it a slack-like feel.
It has a moderate volume and drape, resulting in a rounded silhouette. Since it's not the denim, I think it's even easier to wear.
At first glance, they look like stiff denim, but the soft Kanemasa style is a great pair of pants.
The size is just right, and it really has a great atmosphere.
I love that it's beautiful yet also has a textured look.
We have created a new standard for denim. In terms of mood, BIOWASH has a very good atmosphere.
