The super high gauge of 46G creates a high density plain weave of typewriter fabric. It has high stretchability, is comfortable to wear once you put it on, and is easy to care for, with minimal changes in shape such as wrinkles when worn. It is a new standard shirt fabric that only we can create, with a firm feel, luster, and ease of care. The details are based on a dress shirt, with all items sewn with a rolled hem and shell button closures. Two-bath dyeing is a process in which different materials are dyed in two different dye solutions in succession to create finely textured border patterns. This is a shirt that only we can make. The material has a firmness and sheen, so although it has an over-patterned look, it is not too casual. It is a luxurious, loose, one-of-a-kind shirt that combines the dressiness of the fabric with the casualness of the pattern. The cotton yarn is made from 160/1 recycled Supima cotton fine two-ply yarn. The yarn is also gas-scorched to give it a glossy finish and reduce pilling after washing. Made from 30D highly crimped recycled polyester, it has a sheer feel compared to conventional materials. This is a shirt that you can wear comfortably even in the summer.
