MOUT's unique strap structure allows the headphones to be worn around the neck without going over the ears, although they can also be worn over the ears depending on the situation.
The mask itself is made from a material that incorporates silver nanoparticles during the yarn refining process, creating an antibacterial effect. It has also passed tests for quick-drying and UV protection, and is hand-washable for repeated use.
The straps use MIL-SPEC bungee cords, and all parts are military-grade ITW Nexus.

This next-generation high-performance clothing is designed for everyday life in urban areas (MOUT), gathering information from those experiences like a RECON (reconnaissance unit) and strategically reconstructing it with a unique interpretation. It explores how MIL-SPEC, primarily found in current US military tactical equipment, can be used meaningfully and comfortably in urban life.
For all accessories, webbing, piping tape, plastic buckles, and metal parts, we select items from numerous government suppliers such as ITW NEXUS, ATLACO, COUDURA, and Austria Alpin, all of which meet MIL-SPEC standards adopted by the US military, and use parts that are not normally used.
Without being constrained by the image of past military uniforms that often serve as the basis for conventional military designs, we freely interpret and propose evolving specifications and details.
