The 6-panel cap uses sashiko-style dobby denim, and the cap's brim and top buttons A new cap made from sheepskin, where the floor is made by sanding the underside of the leather and shortly brushed to finish it.
The 6-panel cap is an item that has been sampled multiple times, such as finely adjusting the crown height and brim length.
Because these are basic items, we wanted to reach a silhouette that feels like the perfect form, so we went through much trial and error.
