THE CORONA UTILITY CP005 - W05 FIVE POCKET / Indigo Denim

Part of the CORONA 5-pocket denim collection, these pants feature large back pockets positioned slightly lower, a deep rise, and a baggy silhouette with wide thigh and knee widths.
All parts, such as buttons and rivets, are original CORONA logo parts.
14oz Selvedge Indigo Denim
The 14oz indigo selvedge denim used is woven in Okayama Prefecture, a region renowned for its denim production.
This denim uses a blend of cotton, primarily American cotton, and is spun using yarn with a naturally uneven texture.
By loosening the tension of the warp threads during weaving, an uneven surface is created on the fabric, and as you wear it over time, it develops the characteristic dotted fading of vintage denim.
By using old power looms and weaving slowly with low tension, we are recreating the atmosphere of the 1950s.
Because it's woven with light tension without being too tightly woven, the fabric softens as you wear it, and a beautiful vertical fade develops.
