WILD THINGS is an outdoor brand founded in 1981 in North Conway, Massachusetts, by John Bouchard and Marie Meunier, two of America's leading mountaineers.
In 1984, Marie became the first woman to climb Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Andes Mountains. Drawing on her extensive experience in challenging mountaineering expeditions, she created high-quality products based on the concept that they "must be light and tough."
The company is proactive in adopting new materials, and their superior functionality has earned them the support of many professional mountaineers. Their functional, cold-weather-resistant clothing and durable luggage are also continuously used by the U.S. Army and Navy.
