WORKERS 37 801XH, Buckle Back, Blue Selvedge

WORKERS original denim, made from American medium-staple cotton, starting from the yarn. This XH (Extra Heavy) fabric has been made by changing the weft yarn from 7 count to 6 count and increasing the thickness by 1 ounce. This time, depending on the lot, there are two different colors for the selvedge (which gives it a vintage feel in a way). This page is for the blue selvedge (indigo-dyed colored thread selvedge) version. The hem width is slightly narrower than the 801XH we made previously, but wider than the standard 801. The previous 801XH had a wide hem, and consequently the thighs were also wide. It was just very comfortable to wear. Even the usual 801 is soft, but WORKERS jeans are even more comfortable. However, the hem was just a little too wide. We wanted to change that, so we made it a width somewhere between the 801XH and the standard 801. The specifications are 37 "flavor" this time, as the previous one had a wartime "flavor". Needle cinch + crotch rivet. The hidden rivets aren't the usual ones specifically for hidden rivets, but rather stamped, punched rivets that have been repurposed. The leather patch is made of deerskin that hardens somewhat after washing. The cinch on this garment has a really sharp, needle-like tip, so be sure to either cut off the tip with wire cutters or round it off with a file after you've decided on the position and inserted it. I might buy the "Crotch River" version (crotch rivet only) without the cinch back. The back pockets are rounded towards the top, and there's a red woven label positioned unusually high. It features a newly created WKERS logo. I drew the dots for the logo myself, so I'm quite satisfied with the result. For the waistband stitching, I used a black bobbin thread and made the loops thicker. I ordered buttons with rounded backs in a lot. I also changed the size of the top and fly. I focused on the details, hoping that by accumulating the small details found in vintage clothing, I could create a sense of three-dimensionality throughout the garment. The product is already washed.
