Description
WORKERS, 2025 Tote Bag Third Tier. Deluxe Tote.
Size: Width 34 / Depth 16 / Height 31. The so-called M size.
The handle is short, only for handling. I considered a long handlebar, but since the handlebar is narrow, it feels tight no matter how long it is. So, I only used my own short handle. I considered adding an outer pocket, but the width between the handles was still too narrow. Forcing it here would be a bit inconvenient as a pocket, so I ended up skipping it. The handle is color-matched to the body. I'm sewing the same fabric as the bottom onto the tape. This is also a two-needle sewing machine, folding the fabric on both sides while placing it in the middle of the tape. Equipment is a lifesaver! So, this time I went to a factory in northern Kanto. Of course, it's made in Japan. No matter how many samples you see, you have to explain these parts yourself. Fold and sew the edges of the fabric so they stagger the sides of the bag. This forms the ribs of the bag itself, and it stands up even without anything inside. The body is No. 6 canvas. Ounces equivalent: 18.9 ounces. The bottom and the part that rests on the tape are made of No. 11 canvas. Equivalent to 12 ounces per ounce. Is the body slightly lighter than the original?? However, since the Japanese JIS standard canvas and the original canvas (duck) are different standards, if you want to make exactly the same, you probably have to start with the yarn. When we previously developed a certain D-River-style oxford with a fabric shop, it was a yarn of a count that was not distributed in Japan. Probably, the US uses tex, and the Japanese has the count. Because the standards are different, the standard tex yarn in Japan does not exist in American TEX. Also, the standard TEX in the US is not the Japanese count number... This is the reason. In the end, the D-River style was made from a unique yarn called "edge count" due to the fabric shop's scale advantage. This time, the tote bag isn't exactly the same as the original, but rather to create something that approaches Japanese standards, sometimes even exceeding the original. I think the stitching quality completely surpasses the original. As expected from a Japanese sewing factory. The fabric texture is also beautiful. The tape is flexible and easy to hold. However, the original is the original, with rough and tough fabrics and parts. The stitching is rough and "as long as it doesn't break." That alone adds character. Different countries produce different finishes. Please take a look at those differences.
