Due to the use of old-fashioned looms, production efficiency is extremely low, and only a few meters can be woven per hour. However, this meticulous manufacturing method allows us to create a fabric with a unique texture that combines crispness and fullness, without applying excessive tension to the warp threads. We use carefully selected cotton and thoroughly examine the texture and length of the fibers. Furthermore, to achieve a crisp handfeel, we pay close attention to the number of twists and shape. * Precautions for handling denim products: ・ Due to special distressing, dyeing, and washing processes, each item will vary in terms of distressed appearance, color unevenness, wrinkles, and fading. In some areas, there may also be small damage holes due to the distressing process.
