"ゲームジャケット"は、ビンテージハンティングジャケットにインスパイアされたCORONAの代表的なアウターです。
ビンテージワークジャケットのボディに1930年代前後のハンティングジャケットの特徴的なディテールを取り入れ、デイリーウエアとしてデザインしたものです。
ミリタリーコントラクターがデザインしたハンティングジャケットのディテール類は日常の実生活に於いてもとても有効で、加えてタフなワークウエアの特徴を備えています。

≪CORONA・Hunting Oxford≫
1920年代のメイシーズのフィッシングジャケットに用いられていた生地を起点に、当時の空気感を踏襲しながらオリジナルで再構築したテキスタイルです。
経糸・緯糸にはナチュラルな弱ムラを持つアメリカ綿主体の混綿糸を採用。
ドライで少し粗さのあるタッチがビンテージらしい奥行きを生み出します。
最終工程では特殊樹脂による堅仕上げ加工を施し、本来は撥水性を付与する目的で施された樹脂が、経年変化により徐々に抜け落ち部分的に残った状態をイメージ。
長年着込まれた古いワークウエアのような、独特の風合いを再現しています。

The "Game Jacket" is CORONA's signature outerwear inspired by vintage hunting jackets.
This vintage work jacket body incorporates distinctive details from hunting jackets from around the 1930s, designed as daily wear.
The details of hunting jackets designed by military contractors are highly effective in everyday life, and in addition, they feature tough workwear characteristics.

≪ CORONA・Hunting Oxford≫
Starting from the fabric used in Macy's fishing jackets from the 1920s, this textile is reconstructed originally while preserving the atmosphere of that era.
For the warp and weft yarns, we use blended yarns mainly made from American cotton, which have natural weak unevenness.
Its dry, slightly rough touch creates a sense of vintage depth.
In the final process, a hardened finish using special resin is applied, and the resin, originally applied to impart water repellency, gradually peels off over time and leaves some areas behind.
It recreates a unique texture reminiscent of old workwear worn over many years.
