Description

Riprapのフラップポケットシャツ(6oz セルビッジシャンブレー)。
リラックスしたボックスシルエットのミリタリーシャツを制作。
大振りの胸フラップポケット。太めのアームホール。
セミロングポイントの襟(ココ大事)、台襟にはステッチ入り。裾脇にはマチ付き。
生地には6ozのセルビッジシャンブレーを採用。
シャトル織機で力強くゆっくり織られているため凹凸ある肌触りです。また、インディゴロープ染色ならではの色落ちが楽しめます。
このシャツは本来ドレスシャツを縫製する工場にお願いして仕上げてもらいました。3cm間24針というとても細かい運針。アームホールと脇は折り伏せ縫いと呼ばれる生地端が見えない縫い方にてダブルステッチにて縫製。袖口剣ボロ付けはカンガルー始末。
ラフに着れるミリタリーシャツのデザインながらとても品のある仕立てです。
トレンドより道具的ポジションにいるシャンブレーシャツ。今後も全く流行る気配がないマテリアルに魅力を感じるのはぼくだけじゃないハズ。
＊色落ち、色移りするため単体で洗濯してください。
＊最初は生地に糊付けされているため、一度洗濯するとシャンブレー本来の凹凸が現れます。着丈1～1.5cm、身巾1cm、袖丈1cmほど縮みます。

Riprap flap pocket shirt (6oz Selvedge Chamblay).
Creating a military shirt with a relaxed boxy silhouette.
Large chest flap pockets. Wide armholes.
The semi-long point collar (this is important), and the base collar has stitching. The hem side has gussets.
The fabric uses 6oz celvedge chambray.
Because it is woven powerfully and slowly on a shuttle loom, it has a textured texture. You can also enjoy the unique fading of indigo rope dyeing.
This shirt was originally finished by a factory that makes dress shirts. With 24 stitches per 3cm, the stitching is very fine. The armholes and sides are sewn using a double-stitch technique called fold-down stitching, where the fabric edges are not visible. The cuff sword is worn out and finished as a kangaroo.
Although the design is a casual military shirt, the tailoring is very elegant.
Chambray shirts are more of a tool than a trend. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds it attractive to materials that show no signs of becoming trendy in the future.
*To prevent color fading and transfer, please wash separately.
*At first, the fabric is glued, so after one wash, the original texture of the chambray will appear. Shrinks by about 1~1.5cm in length, 1cm in width, and 1cm in sleeve length.
