Description

緯糸に茶綿をブレンドした13.5oz の*A VONTADE オリジナルセルビッチデニムを使用した、5ポケットジーンズです。
経糸にはジンバブエの長綿、緯糸には品種改良される前の天然の茶綿を使用し、シャトル織機で丁寧に織り上げています。
シルエットはヒップからワタリは適度にゆとりを持たせ、ひざから裾にかけて少しだけテーパードを入れたBIG E寄りのシルエットです。
鋼鉄製のオリジナルタック釦、ヌメ革のレザーパッチを使用。
２色のコアヤーンを６番糸から３０番糸まで、縫製箇所に応じて使用しています。
加工は塩素剤、脱色剤を使用せず、ブドウ糖の還元力を利用した、人体に優しい「エコブリーチ」を使用。
1年間しっかり履き込んだ色落ちのDARK BLUEと、長年の着用と洗濯で色が抜け落ちたFADE BLUE、2パターンを職人の手によって再現しました。

These 5-pocket jeans are made from 13.5oz *A VONTADE original selvedge denim with brown cotton blended into the weft.
The warp threads are made from long-staple cotton from Zimbabwe, and the weft threads are made from natural brown cotton before it was genetically modified. The fabric is carefully woven on a shuttle loom.
The silhouette is a bit loose from the hips to the thighs, with a slight taper from the knees to the hem, creating a silhouette closer to a BIG E.
It features original steel tack buttons and a vegetable-tanned leather patch.
Two colors of core yarn are used, ranging from thread size 6 to thread size 30, depending on the sewing area.
The processing uses "Eco Bleach," which is gentle on the human body and utilizes the reducing power of glucose without using chlorine or bleaching agents.
We have recreated two patterns by skilled craftsmen: DARK BLUE, which has been worn thoroughly for a year, and FADE BLUE, which has had its color faded through years of wear and washing.
