Description

A VONTADE定番のCoal Mine Jeansが入荷いたしました。
1800年後半～1900年代初頭の炭鉱夫が履いていたであろう、ジーンズからのインスピレーションでデザインされた5ポケットパンツ。
オリジナルで作成した13.5ozのデニムは、経糸にジンバブエの長綿、緯糸には品種改良される前の天然の茶綿を使用し、シャトル織機で丁寧に織り上げています。
表面の毛焼き加工をせずに、製品洗いで少し捻れがでるように特殊なサンフォライズ加工を入れています。
深みのあるインディゴの色合いと控えめな縦落ち感が特徴です。
股上をやや深めに設定し、ワタリから裾にかけて適度なゆとりを持たせたワイドストレートなシルエットです。
一般的なジーンズの特徴である後ろのヨーク切り替えは行わずに、タテとヨコ２箇所にダーツを入れる事でゆとりのある立体的なヒップ周りを表現しています。
鉄製のオリジナルタックボタン、打ち抜きリベット、2本針のバックル、細巾のステッチワークなど当時のイメージを踏襲しつつ、オリジナリティーあるデザインに。

A VONTADE's classic Coal Mine Jeans have arrived.
Five-pocket pants designed inspired by jeans, likely worn by coal miners in the late 1800s~early 1900s.
The original 13.5oz denim is carefully woven on shuttle looms using Zimbabwean long-cotton for the warp and natural brown cotton from before selective breeding for the weft.
Instead of the surface hair-burning, we use a special sunforize process to create a slight twist when washing.
It features a deep indigo color and a subtle vertical cascade.
The rise is set slightly deeper, with a wide, straight silhouette that offers moderate room from the thigh to the hem.
Unlike typical jeans, the back yoke switch is avoided; instead, darts are inserted in both the vertical and horizontal positions to create a relaxed, three-dimensional hip area.
Original iron tuck buttons, punched rivets, two-needle buckles, and narrow stitchwork all reflect the image of the time, while creating an original design.
