ソール側面に巻いたラバーテープは手作業により幅をつま先にかけて高低差をつけ、尾籠なカーブでクラシック感、シャープ感を表現しています。
屈曲性のあるカッティングソール
屈曲性の良いカッティングソールを採用しています。

【ヴァルカナイズ製法】
「Asahi」ブランドのデッキシューズはヴァルカナイズ製法という昔ながらの製法を採用しています。
特徴は手間がかかる分、ゴム底の強度と弾力があがり耐久性に優れること。型崩れしにくく美しいシルエットが保てる点もこの製法の魅力です。
この製法を国内で実現できるのは、現在アサヒを含めわずか数社に限られます。希少な技術を用いて一足一足丁寧に生産しているシューズです。

1892年に福岡県久留米市に創業して以来、120年以上に渡り日本の靴文化を支えてきたシューズメーカー。
福岡県久留米市に自社工場があり、昔からゴム製品のものづくりで栄えてきた一面を持ち、ゴムからの一貫生産を行い、これが現在の靴の生産へとつながっていったといいます。
120年を超える歴史の中で培った技術を今に生かし、靴をつくり続けています。当時の生産や技法、製法を活かして生産されており、1970年代のラストと伝統の技術を活かし、デッキシューズやスリッポンなど男女問わず履いていただける靴を提供しております。

[Valcanized Method]
The deck shoes under the "Asahi" brand use a traditional manufacturing method called the Vulcanization method.
Its features are that although it requires more effort, the strength and elasticity of the rubber soles increase, resulting in superior durability. One of the appeals of this method is that it resists losing its shape and maintains a beautiful silhouette.
Currently, only a handful of companies, including Asahi, can implement this manufacturing method in Japan. Each pair is carefully crafted using rare techniques.

Founded in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture in 1892, this shoe manufacturer has supported Japanese footwear culture for over 120 years.
With its own factory in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, it has long thrived in rubber manufacturing, and has engaged in integrated production from rubber, which led to the current shoe manufacturing.
We continue to make shoes by leveraging the techniques cultivated over more than 120 years of history. Utilizing the production methods, techniques, and manufacturing methods of the time, we offer shoes suitable for both men and women, incorporating the last and traditional techniques of the 1970s.
