南米ウルグアイ産のノンミュールジングウールを太番手のスラブ糸に紡ぎ、リブ部分を除いて全体を畦編みで仕上げています。スラブ糸の嵩高性により、ざっくりとした表情ながら軽やかなボリュームを実現しています。ミュールジング(羊の臀部の皺に病原虫が付着するのを防ぐため、無麻酔で皮膚や肉の一部を切除する行為)を行わない原料を採用し、羊への負担を軽減しています。
畦編み特有の立体的なボリュームを活かした、身幅にゆとりをもたせたシルエットです。インナーとしてはもちろん、アウターとして中に厚手のレイヤリングをしても窮屈さを感じさせず、秋冬の着こなしに柔軟に対応します。日常の道具としての機能性を意識しています。

※洗濯による寸法変化が出やすい素材です。強い力でのお洗濯はお控えください。洗濯後は形を整え十分に伸ばして干すと元の寸法に戻りやすくなります。自重で伸びやすいため平干ししてください。保管時は防虫剤や除湿剤をご使用ください。 ※素材の特性上、着用や摩擦により毛玉ができやすい製品です。着用後は毛並みを整えるように優しい力でブラッシングをすると毛玉ができにくくなります。毛玉ができてしまった際は無理に引っ張らずに小さなハサミ等で切ってください。

Non-mulesing wool from Uruguay, South America, is spun into thick slab yarn, and except for the ribs, the entire piece is finished with ridge knitting. Thanks to the bulk of the slab yarn, it achieves a rough texture yet a light volume. We use raw materials that do not use mulesing (a process where some skin or meat is removed without anesthesia to prevent pathogens from attaching to the wrinkles of the sheep's buttocks), reducing the burden on the sheep.
This silhouette features a relaxed width that makes the most of the three-dimensional volume unique to ridge-knitting. Not only as an inner layer, but also as an outer layer, it doesn't feel tight even when layered underneath, flexibly adapting to autumn and winter outfits. Designed with functionality in mind as everyday tools.

*This material is prone to dimensional changes due to washing. Please avoid washing with strong force. After washing, reshape and stretch it thoroughly before drying to help it return to its original size. Since it stretches easily under its own weight, please hang flat. Please use insect repellents or dehumidifiers when storing. *Due to the nature of the material, this product is prone to pilling due to wear or friction. After wearing, gently brushing to smooth out the fur will help prevent pilling. If pilling forms, do not pull forcefully; cut it with small scissors or similar tools.
