WORKERS Mountain Parka, Black 60/40 Cloth

It's been a while since I last went to a mountain parka. The pattern and the change from the old model are the sleeve thickness. The elbow to cuff is thickened, and the wider length is tucked into the cuff. Over the years, I drew out patterns for shirts and wore them on, I realized that "the thickness of your elbows greatly affects how relaxed your body feels when you move." So, that sense of size was also repurposed for outerwear and coat-type maumpa. The tuck positions were shifted between the front and back sleeves to prevent it from slopping around. The cuffs are repurposed from the cuffs of a work shirt. Using Velcro would improve usability, but I wanted a more classic vibe so I made it a snap. The snap is stamped with WORKERS and has a two-pronged design. The waist pocket has a double-layered structure that allows hands to enter from the armpits. The side that touches the hand uses corduroy for a pleasant feel. The neck and zipper prevent direct contact with the neck and zipper are lined with corduroy. The front zipper is a YKK Bistron double zipper. Extremely reliable. Material: 60/40 cloth is a classic for Maumpa. It has light water repellency. Nylon shrinks from heat, so dryers or irons are a no-go. That's why sewing is difficult. I understand why products made with old 60/40 cloth are so roughly made. Anyway, unlike cotton fabric, you can't iron it properly. The factory says, 'It's tough for us to sew beautifully!!' We try to use a low-temperature iron or force them to do a slightly rough look with WORKERS. (Even so, they say Principle won't allow us to sew beautifully...) Cotton Bentile is a plain weave. Unlike the twill woven Bentair often used in Bal Collar Coat, it has a crisp, crisp texture. It has light water repellency. This one works with an iron, so it's easier to sew than 60/40 cloth, but since it's still a fabric that can't be resewn, you have to be careful. The product is delivered unwashed.
