When I was younger, it was a bit different from this kind of 'just plain vintage clothes.' I often made them to practice imaginary workwear. Triple-stitch wrap stitching for the armpits, inner edges, yoke, and buttocks. The width ranges from 9/32 gauge to 5/16, so I use slightly wider ones depending on the location. This started when I noticed after seeing vintage clothes and realizing, "Why do the needle widths vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, product number, and location?" Basically, use a wide gauge where the fabric is thick, and narrow gauge where the fabric is not. However, due to factory equipment issues, there don't seem to be any rules for used clothing either. But now, that looks like design. This part aimed to recreate the texture of vintage clothing from the equipment itself. When you think of work pants or coveralls, 10 ounces are common, but this time, Pure Indy Goden Nim is a slightly thicker 11 ounce. It's a bit heavy to create a more "deluxe" atmosphere. Specifically, with 10-ounce yarn, the yarn is usually 10 long× 10 horizontal, but this 11-ounce yarn is 7 vertically × 16 horizontally. No. 7 is the thread thickness commonly used for 13.5-ounce jeans. By making thinner threads, I adjusted the weft to 11 ounces. From the surface, the thin weft threads make it harder to see the white threads = overall it looks like a dark indigo. The product has been sold out.
