WORKERS, a tool bag that has long been nostalgic for our longtime customers, is back after a long time. Previously, we made black with product dyeing, but this time we made everything from parts. The name is also for black. Prepare a black base fabric and print it in white. At first, I tried to do it with the reverse version, but there were too many black parts and it wasn't good enough, so I prepared a black base fabric. The tape was difficult, so I used reactive dyeing to dye it. Extra thick tape made from cotton souff (staple fiber rayon). The fabric is also dyed. All parts are dyed and high-!! That's why the price is slightly different from the natural base. Main body is dyed with No. 4 canvas / approx. 23.5 oz, Bottom dyed with No. 6 canvas / approx. 19 oz. Size: Width and bottom about 31 cm, height 30 cm, depth 18 cm. The width tapers upward, so the mouth can be up to about 40 centimeters. Handle length: Short 25 cm, Long 60 cm (shoulder strap length) On the outside, there is an outer pocket on one side. At first glance, it looks the same as the one I made before... but the fabric, factory, sewing thread, name, and tape are all different. The fabric is No. 4 canvas for the main body. Deliberately made without ears (selvedge). Previously, we were so obsessed with selvedge that it was so "only made at this weaving factory." In fact, the factory I first hired had already closed down. This time, the premise is that the fabric is not Selvedge but can be sourced stably. On top of that, we aimed for something beyond selvage. The problem is the armpits. If you don't use a selvedge, you have to 'fold' or 'lock and sew.' Of course, folding and sewing looks cleaner, but the difficulty of sewing is on a whole different level. So, after searching and searching, I found a factory in the neighboring town of my father's hometown. The president there loves sewing machines and trumpets, and we got along well. Because of that, I feel comfortable ordering it. (Though the labor cost is quite high) The folded side part acts as a bone, allowing the bag to stand up even without any contents. As expected, totes are easier to use when they stand on their own. The bottom is size 6. Adding a connector in the center adds a design accent. Originally, the fabric was narrow, and I intentionally kept a special feature for using selbitches in the triangle (which is hard and tough!). Labor costs apply! That's what they say.) The sewing thread is thick polyester. The surface is coated to prevent twisting back. The name is the same as before at a glance. But in the past, printing was done on sheeting, and this time printing on coated fabric. The pattern stands out even more sharply. I searched for tape and found the manufacturer. When I went right away and asked about it, I found that there was a very hard, extremely thick tape called 'cotton soup tape.' However, since only natural dyeing is in stock, I made a black dye. Since I sometimes wear it on my shoulders, I dyed it with reactive dye that is as resistant to color fading as possible. Meeting a new factory feels different from before. We aimed for the highest quality we could make now.
