Returns and defective products

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, soiled, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will immediately refund or exchange the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.

If there is any damage or other accident during delivery, please contact us. We will promptly send you a new product at our expense. In such cases, you may be contacted directly by the shipping company. However, we may not be able to exchange products that are out of stock.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective.

If you unilaterally refuse to receive the product after it has been shipped, or if you are absent for a long period of time, you will be responsible for the shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and bank transfer fees, just as you would for returns or exchanges due to your own convenience.
