All materials with textured surfaces undergo special washing and shrinking to create even more textured and crisp texture. It delivers an incredibly cool feel and crisp texture. This new nylon fabric uses 100% 50D high-crimp nylon yarn. The textured surface undergoes a special wash and shrink process to enhance its unevenness and crispness. Tumble drying the finished product prevents shrinkage after washing. It took about two years to develop this material. When it comes up, it's a fist pump... It's synthetic fiber, but with a unique touch. Yarn, knitting, dyeing—these are the only materials that have been created when these come together. A material you can wear all year round. The touch is just too harsh. It's crispy, but also has a fleshy texture. Especially in the extremely hot Japanese summers, it's a must-have. You'll probably wear this every day, right... These are not just ordinary pants. To better appreciate the firmness of the material, we made them deeper than conventional tucks. The waist area is adjusted to be rounded upward. The thickness isn't particularly large, but the material has a firm texture, giving it a moderately straight silhouette. I especially like the patching of the sewing parts and the atmosphere of the washed salad by washing it.
